In order for Customer Support to help you effectively, you should include:
- An explanation of the fault
- Photos or a video of the issue
- Your 20-digit Mayku Multiplier serial number
Repair time
Every Mayku Multiplier has been thoroughly tested and certified. Each machine comes with a one (1) year warranty.
We aim to repair or replace your Multiplier within 14 days.
Please note that repairs, transit time, and delivery schedules by repair centres and third-party logistic companies may vary. Multiplier repairs within the warranty are free. Standard collection and return delivery to and from the original product delivery address is covered by the warranty in most regions. For more information, please contact support@mayku.me
It is recommended to keep both the purchase invoice and official packaging in a safe place, as they are required to make a free warranty repair claim. If the original packaging is no longer available, replacement packaging can be purchased via Mayku.
Repair or replacement
If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, Mayku will either:
- Repair the hardware defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts
- Exchange the Multiplier with a new or reconditioned Multiplier from Mayku, equivalent to the original hardware product.
When a Multiplier or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes Mayku's property.
