RMA returns
If you’re unable to fix a fault with your Mayku Multiplier remotely, please contact support@mayku.me with the following information:
1. Original purchase receipt
2. Multiplier serial number
3. Address and contact number
4. Confirm if you have the original box and packing materials
(It is recommended to keep both the purchase invoice and official packaging in a safe place,
as they are required to make a warranty claim. If the original packaging is no longer available, replacement packaging can be purchased via support@mayku.me)
Every Mayku Multiplier has been thoroughly tested and certified. Each machine comes with a one year warranty.
We aim to repair or replace your faulty Multiplier within 14 days. Mayku or one of our service partners will arrange collection and delivery back to you. Mayku Multiplier repairs within warranty are free. Standard collection and return shipping to and from the original product delivery address is covered by the warranty and part of the service.
