Unboxing the Mayku FormBox

To set up your FormBox, you're going to need:

• Mayku FormBox
• A pair of scissors
• Suction Tube and two connectors (included)
• A vacuum cleaner (not included)
• A clear working area

Unboxing

The FormBox comes with everything you need to start bringing your ideas to life as soon as it arrives at your door. Just add your vacuum cleaner to get started—finally, a fun use for your vacuum cleaner!

Here's a list of everything you should have received in your box:

2. 20 Mayku 0.5mm Clear Sheets

4. Universal vacuum connector

7. Mayku Pour (non-toxic casting materia/dense dental plaster).
8. Suction tube and two connectors

Follow these step-by-step instructions:

• Place the FormBox  in a well-ventilated open area, on a clear surface and unbox.
• Register your FormBox via platform.mayku.me and enter the 10 digit serial number on the back of your machine
• Please read the complete Instruction Manual and keep it for future reference

Note: It is recommended to keep the packaging in a safe place as it is required to make a warranty claim. If the original packaging is no longer available, replacement packaging can be purchased via support@mayku.me.

Setting up your FormBox for your first form

When setting up your FormBox for the first time, follow these easy steps for everything to work smoothly.

• Plug the vacuum into the back of the FormBox
• Plug the FormBox into the wall
• Turn the vacuum on, it will not make any noise while it's on
• Turn the FormBox on
• Turn the temperature to the heat sheet. Mayku sheets have temperature settings on the box
• Put your sheet on the bottom bed, pull the top tray down and lock in the handles
• Pull the trays up to the top and wait for the plastic to be ready to form
• Place your tool (template) on the mesh bed
• When you pull the handles down to form over your object, the Formbox will activate the vacuum and it will start making noise while it forms
• Wait 15 seconds after you've formed your object to allow it to cool down, then remove from the bed
