Mayku accepts returns in exchange for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:
You can return purchased items to Mayku within 30 days of the date they were shipped to you. After 30 days, we do not accept returns. Please see our Warranty Policy for warranty service and procedures.
To be eligible for return, the item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition you received it. It must be complete with all parts and accessories and in its original packaging. Items will not be accepted if the packaging is opened.
Return to Manufacturer Authorisation (RMA)
Before returning an item, please contact us by clicking here, and include the reason for the return, and the name and email address that you purchased under. As appropriate, we will issue you an RMA number. You will need to include this number in the package, along with the returned item and your order details. We cannot accept returned items without an RMA.
Pack the item according to our instructions to prevent damage in transit. In case of a return for repair covered by our one-year warranty, Mayku will cover the cost of shipping. Please note that for all other returns, you are responsible for paying all shipping and insurance costs for the return shipment. In this case, you may want to insure the package for its value, as you will be responsible for any damage occurred in transit. Please use a shipping service that allows you to track the package.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you of whether your request for refund has been approved.
For non-defective items, Mayku charges a restocking fee of 10% of the original purchase price of each item returned. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
If a refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. If you no longer have that credit card, we will contact you to work out another way of refunding you. The refund amount will take up to 5-7 business days to appear on your credit card statement.
