      How can I arrange a refund for my Mayku Multiplier?

      Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if the Multiplier is unused and the original box and packing materials are intact. Please contact support@mayku.me with the following information:

      1. Original purchase receipt
      2. Multiplier serial number
      3. An address and contact number
      4. Confirmation you have the original box and packing materials
